Dallas Immigration Lawyer Since 1996
"Successfully represented thousands of immigration clients from around the world and the U.S."
Our Firm
For the past 26 years, José Pineda and his Dallas immigration firm have successfully represented thousands of clients from around the world in most types of immigration cases. Success in immigration cases depends on knowing the client and on great attention to detail. That’s why we’ve kept our firm narrowly focused on immigration law: so that your case will be expertly handled by a very select, well trained, and limited number of people.
What We Do
We only do immigration law with emphasis on immigration options for families (adjustment of status, immigrant and fiancé visas, provisional waivers, Western Hemisphere Priority Dates, etc.), citizenship and naturalization (with complex derivation, transmittal, and criminal issues, contested U.S. passport applications, etc.), and special programs (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals [DACA], VAWA, etc.)
We don't handle or advise on any type of employment based immigration or asylum cases.
Schedule a Consultation
Call us now at 214-630-0080 to schedule your consultation. You’ll talk to Mr. Pineda, a Dallas immigration lawyer who has been exclusively practicing U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law for over two decades. Only an experienced immigration attorney should conduct an initial consultation. It’ll be during the consultation that Mr. Pineda will tell you whether you have a case and whether you should invest in it. Call us now at 214-630-0080.
The Pineda Law Firm, PLLC, has been exclusively dedicated to the practice of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law since 1996. We’ve successfully represented thousands of clients from around the world and the U.S. Success in immigration cases depends on knowing the client and attention to detail. That’s why we’ve chosen to keep our firm tightly focused on immigration law: so that your case will be expertly handled by a very select, well trained, and limited number of people.
Your initial consultation will be with Mr. Pineda, not with an associate or assistant. We firmly believe that only an experienced immigration attorney should conduct an initial consultation. We’ll never allow even our most experienced paralegals to conduct these important consultations. We’ve seen too many instances where inexperienced lawyers, or worst, non-lawyers, conduct initial consultations–many times for “free”–and miss crucial details that lead them to the wrong conclusion.
Mr. Pineda has been the keynote speaker at several local naturalization ceremonies at the request of field office leadership and local organizers. Mr. Pineda has been personally accompanying and representing clients at U.S. immigration offices around the nation since 1996.
Mr. Pineda has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA") since 1999. Membership in AILA, of course, does not denote proficiency in U.S. immigration law, and the logo is not an endorsement from AILA. You, as a potential client, should view membership in AILA as one indication of a lawyer's dedication to the practice of immigration law. AILA membership offers the immigration lawyer with a wealth of resources and a network of experienced colleagues to help us remain competent and up-to-date on the ever-changing body of laws and procedures.
